We collect only information necessary to deliver bespoke matrimonial introductions:
- Account Identifiers: Full name, verified email, telephone number, Sign in with Apple identifier, and Google OAuth credentials.
- Matrimonial Bio-Data: Gender, birth details, community, caste/gotra (optional), highest education, profession, income range, city of residence, and family background.
- Photographs & Media: Profile photographs and albums managed under BlurShield™ privacy controls.
- Verification Credentials: Government-issued ID numbers and verification documents reviewed strictly offline by senior matchmakers.
- Communications: Confidential 1-on-1 concierge messages, wave history, and introduction requests.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Matching candidates based on verified pedigree, lifestyle harmony, and family values.
- Administering BlurShield™ selective photo disclosure permissions.
- Conducting verification checks to maintain a 100% verified matrimonial circle.
- Sending critical alliance updates and scheduled consultation notifications.
3. BlurShield™ & Discretion Controls
Your photos and detailed dossier remain blurred by default. No member can view unblurred photographs without your explicit mutual authorization.
4. In-App Account Deletion (Apple Guideline 5.1.1)
You have the absolute right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app:
- Navigate to Profile → Settings (Privacy Lock).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account & Wipe Data”.
- Confirm deletion. All bio-datas, photos, chats, and authentication records are permanently purged immediately.
5. Data Security & Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest via AES-256 hosted on SOC-2 certified cloud infrastructure.
